At Bright Sparks you and your child will have a key person to relate to, who knows you and your child well, and can meet their individual needs. This benefits your child, you, and the Pre-School by providing secure relationships in which children thrive, parents have confidence, staff are committed and our Pre-School is a happy and dedicated place to attend.

After choosing Bright Sparks Pre-School, parents and children are invited to the setting and have a dedicated session where you will meet your child's key person.

During the first few weeks at Bright Sparks your child will develop a close relationship with their key person. They will be responsible for settling your child into our setting, and will carry out the main care and routine for your child. The key worker will also ensure that your wishes are considered and your child's needs are met within the group. The key person will follow the progress of your child and create a progress book documenting your child's achievements during their time with us.
